Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item with the original swing tag attatched for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with anti-wear tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you return your item outside of the 14 day policy you will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
All our items are quality checked upon arrival and again once sent, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are some exceptions to our returns policy, swimwear, underwear, face masks and aftershaves cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards (exchange/ credit note only)
Exchanges
We can also offer an exchange for the same value of the original sale if we have the product in stock or if you would like another item for the same price
